Victoria Square

Victoria Square – Hilton Head Island is a unique community of 95 Charleston style homes centrally located in the north end of the island. The community is replete with native oak and pine trees with natural beauty that keep the community cool in the summer. At the center of the community is a two acre lagoon. Available for residents use are a community pool, a large park and a storage yard for boats and RVs. At the front entrance to the community is a gate for privacy and security.

LOCATION

The closest beach to the community is 1.6 miles away and there are several other public beaches within a few miles. Bike trails go directly from the community to the beaches. Within a few miles are dozens of restaurants, a few grocery stores, a large retail center, automotive and hardware stores. RESIDENTS

Each resident of Victoria Square is committed to maintaining community design and maintenance standards set by the communities board of directors. There is an association fee which pays for the maintenance of the roads and common areas. High Tide Associates oversees community management, community finances and maintenance.
